Theodora Baker

Theodora was employed with the State of Ohio for 30 years as a Business Operations Manager (BOM), retiring in November, 2019. Her responsibilities included managing, designing, and coordinating all building maintenance, construction, space management and maintaining accurate drawings of local and regional sites. She also managed budgets and capital improvements.

Currently, Theodora is a board member of the Men and Women of Central (MWC) and currently the treasurer for the organization. Our mission is to help improve the well-being of families in the Central community and provide families with any resources needed to attain their goals. Her greatest joy is being a wife to Jerome, mother to Sean, Jamahl, Bria and Rome and a grandmother to eight precious little ones.

She enjoys and loves spending time with her family, and her dearest friends. She also enjoys listening to old school R&B music, traveling, reading, date nights with her husband, loving and taking care of herself.
